Speaker choice

I want Polk audio for sure for my home audio. The issue is not many places have center speakers on demo. I have contacted some resellers and have gotten several different opinions. I would ask the community to see some opinions on a center channel and sub package that would not break the bank. Looking to spend under $500. Will be driving the speakers with a pioneer receiver. Opinions are greatly appreciated.

You have to tell us what Polk speakers you're aiming to get for the main L and R.

Thanks you so much for some of the answers. Relight now I am starting with the center channel/sub and will work my way towards other speakers. I do have 2 tea and 2 front speakers that are wired into my ceiling BUT they are the just basic ones the electrician installed. I will be replacing those over time.

I don’t know any of the series. I have just been recommend the following models from Best Buy and Crutchfield.

If you want speakers that do well with both music and movies, then the Signature series is the way to go.
