Hello all, I just got this sub and I’m trying to use it but not getting any sound. I don’t have the avr mic to perform the auto setup so I did a few manual things:
Subwoofer: yes
Xover: 80hz
Speakers: small
I only have towers for my fronts: Monitor Series II 70s.
I’m using a basic rca cable from the avr to lfe on the sub. When I perform the test tone on the avr, the sub turns green and I hear the booooom. I’ve played various test audios from the net, but no boom there.
Note that the power light goes back to red once I’m out of the avr test tone module. Seeing that the test tones work, the sub should be working right? What else could it be?

Figured it out: the avr had another menu option for subwoofer as well. Go figure.

Sub works properly. What listening mode do you use with your AVR?
