need help with my polk DSB1 soundbar doesn't turn on or off Please help mw to get it fixed

    I don't mean to insult your intelligence but did you check to make sure it's plugged in properly. If it is plug another device into that outlet to be sure it has power. If there is power you might try another power cable. Otherwise you may have a defective unit
