Much difference between FXi30 and 50's?
I have the RTi70's, and the CSi40 coming from a fellow member, so all I need for the rest of my setup are the surrounds and a sub. I think I have decided on one of the SVS subs, and am wondering about the FXi30's, which I can still get at Crutchfields or keep looking for FXi50's. How much difference is there between these speakers?
My living room is 13 by 19.5 feet.
The FXi30's are $249 at Crutchfield, less a $20 coupon thanks to Nemos2.
Thanks!

My room is the same size as yours and I have the Fxi30's. They work great.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

I vote the FXi30's, and that's a great price. The woofer is larger on the FXi50, which will offer lower bass. The fact that it is a surround speaker, makes that small point almost negligible.
I have yet to notice any movie, show weakness in my 30's.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -
I own Fxi30's and have never used 50's so I can't offer direct comments on the comparison.
However, I do have the exact same setup, front 70's, 40 center, and Fxi30's surround and a Csi30 rear center and it sounds absolutely great.
During HT experience, with the sounds going back to the surounds I can't imagine the bigger 50's sounding too much better. However, if you listen to all channel stereo music a bunch you might want to opt for the bigger 50's. -

I have the 50's and I love them. However, I can't comment on the 30's since I didn't compare the two, just went straight for the 50's. I can say one thing, you need a descent amount of room to mount the 50's, I think the 30's are smaller.
