Slipknot concert

I got to go see tonight's Slipknot concert for free! It was awesome! It was a small venue show that was really loud (at least for Slipknot) and very hot, but full of energy. This was there first show back here in Iowa in like 4 years.
I had tried to buy tickets about a month ago, but it sold out too fast. A friend called me today though and said he had got tickets for us. He sold Corey Taylor his wedding ring awhile back so we got the hook-up.
Slipknot was great, but Fear Factory and Chimaira also put on good shows. God Forbid was the opener.

nothing better than a free show..
sorry i don't know who Slipknot is.. but live music is the best. I try and catch at least a half dozen concerts in my area every year.
this summer.. i've already got tickets for 4 different concerts. it's gonna be a fun summer
only thing is.. tickets can get damn expensive. I got two tickets to see Fleetwood Mac this summer @ $80 each.
way ouch!PolkFest 2012, who's going>?
Vancouver, Canada Sept 30th, 2012 - Madonna concert  -
I was going to catch the show in Las Vegas but it SOLD OUT before I got a chance. Awesome small venue too.
I heard a story of a 18 year old girl went to a SN consert and was not really into that type of music but went anyway and SN had such an AWESOME stage appearance see started to CRY in FEAR.
That is what I am talking about.
Great set of bands on the Jager tour this year - wish I could go.
This tour is what a "rock" show is all about. I believe groups like NickleBack would run away CRYING. -
Dangerboy, you crack me up dude. I'm not sure you want to know who Slipknot is if you are going to a Fleetwood Mac concert.

I like both. I saw Mudvayne at the Metrodome over the summer. That's some world class acoustics there.
