I know these are sold....but are these drop in replacements for Monitor 5 jrs ?

It depends on which version of the 5Jr's you have. IIRC the "version 2" had the SL2500 tweeter, of which the correct replacement would be the Rd0-198.
For mine (5Jr +) these are the correct ones. At least, AFAIK!
