FS: Backert Labs Rhumba 1.2 - Sold

Up for your consideration yet another great preamp. I bought it in June this year. It is in great shape and no issues as far as performance goes. It has silver face plate. I have been very happy with it. However, I have decided to lean the some of the gears that I have on hand. Between work and kids, I am not finding enough time to enjoy music.

Asking $2400.00 shipped to CONUS. PayPal as F&F preferred or add 3%. I have original packaging and will come with the unit itself, power cable, remote control, stock tubes, 2- RCA Triple Mica 5814 Black Plates (from Upscale Audio, $150 value). I will post some pictures tomorrow.

Okay, finally took some pictures. There are a couple of corrections/updates that I need to make to the original post:

• This is the extreme version. So it will be Backert Labs Rhuma 1.2 Extreme which retails more than $5K new.
• I did not buy brand new. I bought it from A'Gon. It is still under three year warrenty.

Coming from someone that owns a Rhumba, I can say that if you’re even slightly interested in this, you should jump all over it ...

I believe my unit is identical except for:

“(The) auto-bias circuit, from the Rhythm. Your preamp is perfectly biased for each tube you insert. Automatically. Continually.
Premium Terracones feet, from edenSound.”

Of course the upgraded “painted lady” sheet-metal is diff, too . . .
