PSW505 - No Test Tone with YPAO setup

Hello,
I have a Yamaha RX-A760 receiver with Polk Audio speakers (5.1) I recently moved and when I initially set up speakers I didn't hook sub up because I was going to place it in a spot of the room which the current wires didn't reach. So until I got longer wires I just hooked up the two fronts and center. The sub was not used for about three weeks.
Last night I finished setting everything up. The sub powers on; I ran the YPAO feature and it picked up the sub and set it up. I heard the sub work when the YPAO ran through its sound tests. However, when I run the test tone I cannot hear the sub.
Any idea what I might have missed?

Did you hook up to LFE or hi pass?
