Orange Flashing Light

Hey,
We have recently (a little over a month ago) purchased the MagniFi Max and it has been working great......until tonight that is.
We have an orange flashing light on the soundbar. We can not sync it. We have tried turning it on and off numerous times. It is plugged into a very expensive TV/AV power board with surge diverter. And still we can not get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried standing at attention, saluting and calling out Mr. President fix the light ??Some final words,
