Plays SACD, DVD-A, Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, etc. Real nice shape other than a couple of light marks on top from stacking. Comes with the remote, power cord, original box, & manual.

I should seriously consider this, but I currently have no SACDs and my Sony 4k player does a fantastic job with my BRs and DVDs. Will this be a considerable upgrade for my panny CD player?

Probably not. This player would be best for someone who has a high end processor or receiver that can decode DSD, PCM, etc via HDMI and who doesn't care about playing 4K media.
