    Like it so far! From what I've read, designed to match well with the AMP-1. In fact, when I got the AMP-1 a while ago, @f1nut encouraged me to spend some more money, ahem, get the CD-1. Thanks Jesse! :smile:

    This guy has a smaller footprint than than either the Cambridge or EAD, so this fits nicely underneath my monitor riser.

    The remote for the CD-1 also controls the AMP-1, which is pretty handy.

    Plenty of things to play with. Has digital coax and optical outputs, as well as analog outputs.

    @Clipdat pointed out that the DAC on the CD-1 is different than the DAC on the AMP-1, so some A/B comparisons are in order. As a transport, and a analog output CD player.

    I'll get plenty of time on this baby, as I spend most weekdays upstairs in the nearfield setup.

    For now, she's a keeper! :smile:

    Great CD deserves the SACD treatment if you ask me .... but no one did ;)
