I saw this for sale and was wanting opinions on using this with my Yamaha 2070 and my 2 S55's and S30 3:1 setup or should I look for a Parasound amp in regards to music? Which would be better for music? Would it make that much of a difference?

I can get it for approx $400.00 shipped.

B&K is good stuff. I don't think you can go wrong with either of those choices.

I had one (ST-202+) for several years and did a lot of good listening through it. Wouldn't mind if I were still using it.

Shipping anything valuable and heavy always gives me pause, but it's a really nice amp at a reasonable price.

OK, I heard back from seller as I asked him if anything was wrong with it, had it been worked on and how long he had it.

He said "Nothing wrong with it. Tested for DC offset and measured within spec. Right channel was higher but normal for these and the Haflers."

Is this true about the right channel on these amps? Should I pass on it as I don't have near the knowledge as most of you on audio equipment.
