I need help in choosing a mixer

It needs to have two inputs for and an output that plays both inputs. I need to be able to change the volume of the inputs separately to be able to make one louder than the other when I want to.
What exactly am I looking and does it even exist?
Budget 60€ but the cheaper the better. Location Finland.

you are indeed looking for a very simple mixer; not sure what's available in Europe, but there are scads of such things.
The proliferation of podcasts has resulted in the availability of myriad, inexpensive basic input mixers for USB or other "digital" applications -- if that happens to be what you would like (as opposed to a DJ mixer).
Here are some simple ones, from a US retailer, to get you started.
Some of these are for DJ/"pro" use, using XLR or TRS (1/4 inch "phone" plugs) connectors, though.
