can't see the ad.Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

No facebook so cannot see...
copy 'n' paste a photo if you're suitably interested.
Could old DJ loudspeakers/drivers be interesting? Yes.
In terms of "hifi" loudspeakers, the Seeburg "Disco" speaker boxes containing two 15" Utah woofers, an Altec 811B horn and Altec (806 or similar, I think) treble driver are the seminal example, I suppose.
Sort of a bargain-basement version of the Altec Capistrano
(which used twin 12" Altec woofers)
(all borrowed images)
In terms of ancient 78 rpm jukeboxes, their field coil drivers (and amplifiers) are of considerable interest in certain circles.

Oh my bad I did not realize the link would not work.

Meine Gott! Those jukeboxes are beautiful!
-
The juke boxes are worth serious money.
Speakers? Well - that brown one 'way on the right looks like a very early EV SP12B (with stamped rather than cast basket). Otherwise, I see Utahs and Jensens and maybe some CTS drivers -- all more or less worthy reproducers of sound. Better than you might think if you've not spent some quality time with vintage 'extended range' paper cone, AlNiCo magnet drivers paired to good amplification
That said, there's nothing immediately obvious that would be life changing (from my perspective).
As an aside, jukebox guys often have boxes full of interesting vacuum tubes used in jukeboxes (and also, sometimes, in hifi): 12AT7, 6973, 2A3, 45 (e.g.)
FWIW, I have a hifi buddy in MA who's a jukebox guy on the side, too (78 rpm Wurlitzers... the kind with bubble lights on their front panels!).
PS Thanks for postin' the photo.
PPS That black horn with the greenish magnet bell cover is either a Jensen RP-108 or 109, or one of many 'clones' (e.g., Heppner horns). These were common in "hifi" consoles (e.g., Magnavoxes) in the early/mid 1960s. They're not bad actually.

I used "meine" as a nod to the vocalist of one of my favorite bands, The Scorpions. (Although I don't care for any of their music after 1988.)

So I hit that crap fest this morning picked up a few vintage items to flip nothing audio related except for a portable record player and a couple boxes of tubes. All the raw drivers were unbranded.
Had a lot of tube amplifier chassis nothing complete or appeared to be in working order. Looked like Wurlitzer and seaburg mainly. Nobody would give me a price on them said their brother who was the expert got delayed on his flight in. Might stop by in the morning and see what the 'expert' has to say.
This was definitely a sale for the jukebox guy looking for parts.

Interesting looking amplifier (the bottom one, especially)....All the raw drivers were unbranded...
Do you know how to read EIA codes on components (including speaker drivers)? For most (not all) US manufactured drivers, the maker and production date can usually be gleaned.
