How do i run 3 speakers on a hk 3490 receiver to a 5 channel adcom 7000 there only to inputs on back

You don't. You have the wrong receiver for a 3.x system.

Oh lol but I can run 2 speakers on it tho right I just wanted to buy for the more power the 2 channel version is less power
