omni s 6 doesnt install for the first time

hello. i got a omni s 6 wich wont install for the first time. the wifi led doesnt do anything. when i press it for 15 sec then i hear a noise like its resetting but the machine doesnt do it. when i play another machine with the aux it works for 1 minute than it turnitself off and on. within 2 minutes you see a yellow light blinking 2 times en then the white light blinks 3 times. what to do with this ?
