I purchased a new polk magnifi mini on 1st August 2018 from Amazon. when plugged in the subwoofer it never power's on.
Although when i plugin subwoofer to AC outlet, it shows up as bluetooth device on my Android device. Please reply if some one can help in troubleshooting ??
Feel cheated from polk. I should have sticked with BOSE.
did multiple emails to polk customer support but no reply from their end, sad part is now i came to India and don't know how to get it fixed

My experience is that they never answer their emails. You have to call them to get someone to talk to. Once you do that they are pretty helpful.

Whatever you do don't go Bose, just try contacting Polk via Phone.2 Channel:
