Behold the packaging job on this baby, and the transformation of a pile of old janky blankets into a beautiful integrated amplifier:

The seller actually used an old ratty stained blanket as the packing material? What the hell.

It actually worked pretty well and the amp came in unscathed....but yeah....pretty cheesy. The blankets smell a bit off so they were immediately banished to the garage and will be used for deck staining duty. Of course the bulbs in the meters are burnt out but Im guessing thats a pretty easy fix. Heres a better pic:

Send the blanket to @Tony M for the next time he buys something.

Looks like one hel-l of a pack job?The best way to predict the future is to invent it.

Nice integrated. I was going nuts for those things for a while when I was eaten up in vintage. Never did manage to nab one, though.I disabled signatures.

Too bad you cannot source a silver faced DOA receiver front to match your new amp. Peace. Haters gonna hate.

That shipment had some risk involved.
Who told the seller that “this is a good idea!” -
on the other hand, it coulda been packed in crumpled newspaper... or... excelsior.

I do think it was a pretty nice bonus getting a silver faced integrated with your eBay order of dirty fetish blankets.I disabled signatures.

How much for the fetish blankets?
-
At least those offer more padding than the crusty bed sheets I one received an amp packed in.

Is the fetish blanket thing like a Three Dog Night in aboriginal Australia, or is it more like Linus and his blanket?
... or is it something I'd be better off not googling with SafeSearch "off"?
