SDA comparison pics!

I had 3 sets of SDA's in my apartment at one time so I took some pics for comparison. I have since sold the 1C's to reeltrouble (I bought them from racer) and have the 2.3TL's as fronts and the 1B's in the closet waiting to be refinished.
Receiver = Denon AVR-3803
DVD = Denon DV-2900
Fronts = SDA SRS 2.3TL's
(Carver m1.5t)
Center = CSi40
Side surrounds = Fxi30's
Sony 12" sub
TV = Hitachi 57F500

    Damn! do i miss my c's, sure look good ,someday i will have a dedicated two channel setup in a different room where i could have more options on where to place the sda's.I really want a set of either 1.2tl's or the 2.3 tl's,someday.......................Oh by the way nice setup acdds:D

    I'm planning on getting a better sub in a few months. I just need to quit spending money on audio stuff for a while! I am trying to exercise some self restraint but with all you guys taunting me about the sony, I may just have to order an SVS today to clear my conscience!!:p

    I only had room for 2 pair. I gave reeltrouble1 his choice of the 1C's or 1B's. I didn't want to hoard a nice set of SDA's.

    Fair enough... I like the look of the !C's more, so was wondering if there was a sonic difference that favored the 1B's.

    Any discernible difference in their sound?

    None that I noticed. I am planning on refinishing the 1B's to look like 1C's as raife did to his set. I was just looking for something to tinker with over the summer.

    I think Polk must've had a bunch of 1B cabinets left over. My 1C Studios have cabs that look like the 1B, but are S/N'ed 1C's.

    Great pics, nice to see the SDA 1x series dominating the forum lately....I think I will go stare at mine and touch myself.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
