Trilaminate tweeters question

Hi everyone
I'm curious to know if the tweeters on my RT1000p are the same ones used on the SRT system?
I know it was improved on the RTxxxxi series, but I have no idea how many times they've been worked on prior to that.
I don't like the improved trilaminates on the "i". I much prefer the previous series. The newer ones sounded closer to soft domes.
There's something about the sound that I absolutely love. It's rich and very "colorful" with good dynamics. Been listening to my RT1000p for the past 4 years. I purchased them used back in '09.

Nope, not the same.

Besides there was improved drivers and cross over in the i series as well. It's not a apple to apple comparison.
