"According to the theory of general relativity, the gravity of a massive, spinning body can drag space-time along with it. "
Interesting stuff.

Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

That's just funny. I saw:
"Gravity probe now in orbit..."
and all I could think was "...not for long!"
But the experiment looks cool! I was reading about it somewhere else. Technically, if the theory is correct, it's the mass of the object that is spinning that makes the difference. So, if they can show what they hope to show by Einstein's theory, it could mean that a warp drive from Star Trek is entirely possible. Reason being is that anti-matter (which does exist, if I remember correctly the news article I read in Popular Science about it) can be used in a small volume with a very high mass to equal the size of a body like a star or planet. Magnifying that tear in space-time can let a vehicle slip through and "warp" to another place faster than light.
It's kinda cool, science fiction becoming reality.Expert Moron Extraordinaire
You're just jealous 'cause the voices don't talk to you! -
That's a very cool satilite. They are the most sesitive gyros ever created. They say they are so round, that if they were the size of the earth, the largest hill would be only 6' high.

That's very interesting. I watched a program about it on Discovery Channel.

I love this stuff and my bets are that Einstiens theories will hold true... if not life will get very interesting.
