6509 vs 6503?

So I picked up another pair of 1986 blade-blade SRS2’s I know... planning on another refurbish job. It’s a sickness... Checking them out tonight, pulled drivers and found one cabinet had been opened in the past. It was loaded with (3) 6509’s and (1) 6503 which was labeled “warranty not for retail” and is from 1989. So assuming somebody blew something at some point or locked a driver up. No big deal. Just wondering what if any impact this would have on the speaker. The schematic doesn’t list the driver type but since seven of the eight are 6509’s, I’m thinking that’s the proper one. Quick Ebay search yields zero units available for sale there Any of my fellow polkaholics have one stashed away? Holla! Thanks all.

One other thing. I think the smell locked inside these old gals contains some kind of addictive substance. I love it!Current Collection: Monitor 4a (Peerless), Monitor 5B (Peerless), Modified Monitor 7b (Peerless), RTA15TL (SL3000), SDA CRS+ (194’s), SDA SRS 2.3TL, R100's, R200’s, R300 🤩

6509 is the proper driver. They do come up on eBay from time to time...
Give Polk CS a call i thought they had made some newer versions of the 6509
I believe that the SDA1B and those were the only SDA that used that midwoofer
