vintage silver face CD players??

I would like to pick up a good quality vintage (or newer) silver faced CD player. Will be pairing it with my Kenwood KA-7150 and RTA12C’s. The 7150 has the “gunmetal” silver finish which gives the aluminum a little bit of a brownish/goldish color. You can kinda see it in the pic. What would look good next to it, give me a good quality signal and won’t break the bank?? Thanks!
Current Collection: Monitor 4a (Peerless), Monitor 5B (Peerless), Modified Monitor 7b (Peerless), RTA15TL (SL3000), SDA CRS+ (194’s), SDA SRS 2.3TL, R100's, R200’s, R300 🤩

Rega Apollo
As someone mentioned a while back, be careful with top loading CD players...just like a TT, you can't put anything over top of it. Has to have vertical real estate. I always thought they were "cool" and contemplated getting one on several occasions until I was presented with that potential downside. -
I agree Kerry, and not to derail the thread too much, but I personally hate the mechanism/transport that Rega uses in their players. For example in their new $1k Apollo player, it uses the little spring clip ball things to hold the disc in place. My original PlayStation circa 1994 uses the exact same looking transport/mechanism.
For a $1k CDP I would just expect a higher quality "look and feel".As someone mentioned a while back, be careful with top loading CD players...just like a TT, you can't put anything over top of it. Kyocera made hifi components with a bronze-ish faceplate 'way back when -- I don't know if they ever made a CD player with similar cosmetics, though.
As an aside, I have a Kenwood KT-9900 with the bronze faceplate, courtesy of my son and some thrift store or pawn shop in Charlottesville, VA

Pretty darned nice tuner, actually -- it's a KT-8300 with a different colored face.
Certainly sounds better than most soiled state tuners of my ken.

As another - but closer to on topic - aside, this hyper-cheap little DVD player was the darling of the low-cost, hi-fi set for a bit of time way back when...

Thanks guys. That Rega is cool looking, I’ll read up and take the top-loading concerns into consideration. The NAD looks awesome but that’s a lil too pricy haha. Keep the suggestions coming!!
@mhardy6647, the bronze faceplate units are sweet! And pretty rare as I understand it... Would you ever consider parting with that tuner?? Sure would make a sexy pair!! I picked mine up for $20 at an estate sale really dirty and nasty. Deep cleaning, a lil deoxit, and she's much prettier now. I understand they were primarily sold in the European markets. The original owner was a veteran who bought it while he was deployed. Pretty sure it had a 220v power inlet connector originally as it had a 110v parallel blade inlet spliced on when I bought it. At some point I will replace with an IEC panel mount inlet and upgrade binding posts. It’s a sweet sounding little amp. Very conservative 60wpc. Drives the RTA's in a make-me-smile kinda way.Current Collection: Monitor 4a (Peerless), Monitor 5B (Peerless), Modified Monitor 7b (Peerless), RTA15TL (SL3000), SDA CRS+ (194’s), SDA SRS 2.3TL, R100's, R200’s, R300 🤩 -
Find a Denon DVD-2900...SACD, DVD-A...but silver ones are harder and harder to find...which is the reason my silver one is in a box in my storage room while my black one is my primary CDP in my 2 channel system."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."
