Magnifi Max Not working. Blinking Lights

This morning my sound bar displayed all of the little white lights blinking in unison. After I pulled the plug, now only th amber blinks but still no audio. I have checked that it’s not on mute. How do I fix this?

Technician said sound bar has gone into PROTECT MODE for some reason, if the new one they ship has the same issue. Polk Audio will have a different problem on their hands because I will make sure everyone is aware of the poor quality hardware.

Same is happening to me, not happy with the this system at all. Started a couple days ago. I’ve unplugged it now and just listening through the tv

How do I contact customer service.... I call the number but only get a busy signal.... my sub is popping and chirping and now a red blinking light that won’t stop.... please help

try to reset the wifi, it is behind, press about 15 seconds until you hear a signal and then try to pair the subwoofer
