i listen to a lot of music i was thinking about getting the 25-31 pc-plus or the pb2-ids. my reciever dose not have that good of bass management so what would be the best way to hook thier of this sub up. going threw the line/out level and use the sub to filter out bass from the mains?

thanks

what kind of receiver do you have? is it a home theater receiver or a two channel one?

the nice thing about SVS subs.. is that you can try it out and return it within 30 days if not happy with it. As far as I know... no one has ever returned their SVS sub because they weren't happy with it. ;)

comet, i guess i should have also asked what you have for main front speakers. can they handle the bass? with most any subwoofer, you'll have a dial on the amp where you can turn up or down the bass level. most people run their subs a little hot.. you're Marantz should have a subwoofer output on it. that's the best and easiest way to hook up a sub.
