    Between work and my dad I've had a lot less free time.

    This is the opening to Def Leppard rock of ages. no idea if it means anything at all other than being a cool opening.
    When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

    That's probably gotten more airplay in the past 10-15 years that anything Def Leppard did so the youngin's are more likely to recognize it from that.
