Space Coast Florida ??

Are there any members near by? Just wanting to see how many. Would be nice to find some locals and possible put together a meet. Maybe someone to swap gear and or music with? Would be nice to hear some other systems.

?????
Thanks Christopher

Wait a second. Is this like when i was a child and my dad was mad at me and told me to go play in a busy street? ;);)

    Very near!

I visited and toured Cape Canaveral last September, and enjoyed the Kennedy Space Center. I think I have the names right. Anyway, I live in CA, so can’t make it. :)

Yes, the Space Center is great. Really cool to see the Shuttle Atlantis up close.

What part of Cali? I was born in Pomona and grew up in Barstow.

I've been privileged to see launches twice while windsurfing off Merritt Island. Would very much enjoy combining a sailing and audio meet there!
Expect that there will be bumps in the road. Choose to not let them rattle you.

Perhaps you could show me how to paddleboard. I have a pb paddle and a large sailboard I've planned to try, but haven't yet. I'm sure it's inefficient as a paddleboard at 90 cm wide and 170 liter volume, but should be very stable for a beginner.

That might be a bit small. For scale thats a standard 3 iron next to the paddle. I think my boards are 11'6".

It's 8.4 feet long but 3 feet wide and thicker than most paddleboards. Plenty of flotation for me at 170 liters. I think the extra width would make it slow though.
