rc85i 2-way in-wall speakers

While music is playing one of my speaker's woofer is making a buzzing sound like the cone is cracked but isn't. When I put my finger lightly on the woofer the buzzing stops.

My question is what do I need to do to get a replacement woofer and what's the price?

Could very well be a loose spider. Easily repaired.

Didn't think about something being on the back side. I'll have to pull the speaker out and have a look. Emailed Polk CS but haven't heard back from them yet. Thanks!
