FS: Harbeth, Dayens, and Marantz

Well after a week or so with the LS50W I've decided they're a keeper and as a result have a few things I guess I need to move on. For health reasons my dad is moving in with us for a while and as result I've had to downsize my office into a smaller room, having a simple setup with just the KEFs and a sub is what ultimately won me over.

I posted a thread about the Harbeth and Dayens combo here and another thread about the Marantz here, both of which contained fairly detailed impressions on the gear I'm selling here. I stand by all of those comments, I just think the KEF gets me 95% of the way there and fills in a couple other holes while being a much simpler setup.

Harbeth P3ESR in Cherry - $1500
Dayens Ampino Integrated - $450
Marantz NA8005 - $450

Prices above are local pickup in Colorado or at LSAF in Dallas in a few weeks, shipping can also be arranged as all these are well packed. I think I'm priced fairly but feel free to call me out if I'm off on anything.

Pictures via email upon request.

Everything is in excellent condition as usual with my sales, the Harbeth are basically new and I'm the first owner, the Dayens I believe was a demo unit and the Marantz I'm the second owner. The speakers and amp came from Skip, so he can correct me if I'm wrong on those first two.

Good luck with the sale. Your impressions are well written. What, if any, restrictions are you placing on potential buyers (eg. 100 posts)?

Arg. This was one day too late. If I hadn't just bought an iFi Micro iDSD BL Tuesday, I'd be grabbing the Marantz. It's a long story, but the short version being I blew my expensive Atoll IN300 with built-in DAC. The dealer I bought it from (http://crescendoaudio.net - an AWESOME dealer in Wheat Ridge for any Coloradans) is giving me a loaner while I send the amp to get fixed, but the loaner doesn't have a DAC, so I grabbed the iFi. I'm still tempted on the Marantz, but I have to spread the purchases out to avoid wife agro.

If it's still around when my wife is prepared for another purchase, and my amp doesn't cost too much to fix, I'll definitely hit you up.

HT: All Polk: SDA 2.3tl fronts, CSiA6 center, 500-LS ceiling, RT/FX, RTi8, Monitor 4 rears, plus Yamaha CX-a5100 AV Preamplifier/Processor, Yamaha MX-a5000 11.1 channel amplifier, and Sony XBR55-AE1 OLED TV.

I would rather someone didn't join just to buy these but other than that I have no issues selling to whomever wants them. I'm open to selling to anyone who's been around a month or more, there are a couple morons on my ignore list but they know who they are and I doubt will be interested.

Great pricing on all the stuff he has listed. The Marantz NA8005 is a wonderful sounding unit. Very musical sounding.

I picked mine up after hearing it at Skips with the 3.1tl’s. If for any reason I have to downsize from my bigger Sda’s I wanted something that would work with the 3.1’s and not give up much in sound from my current setup.

    Dayens is sold

The Harbeth and speaker cables are definitely still up for sale...kinda rethinking the Marantz though.

I'm headed to Dallas in the morning for LSAF, if someone in Dallas wants these speak up by 9 AM Central tomorrow and I can bring these on the trip and save on shipping fees and hassle.

If you want these but cash is tight at the moment we may be able to work out some kind of payment arrangement if I know you.
