Ebay Question

If something shows up damaged, possibly because of half arsed packing, do I have to wait for FedEx to pay the claim to get my money back....how long will this take??

    Depends on who insured the package, usually the seller does, so they'd be the one to post a claim.

    I submitted a return via Ebay...looks like I am covered as long as I ship back within 3 days....I guess that was easy

    Ebay protects the seller. Just send it back.
