Anthem MCA 525

So I am saving right now for new amps. I came across a new dealer in my area that sells Parasound and Anthem.
I have been planning on a Halo 51 to start. The dealer today recommended I look at the 525 too.
Any thoughts about pairing it with A9's and Marantz.
It would be nice to save money but this purchase will be long term. So I'm not against spending more if its not the right fit.

    I am a big fan of Anthem. I also own Parasound and it is in storage in favor of Anthem. I can't tell you how it would pair with the A9's though.

    My next major purchase will be the new Anthem integrated. Anthems quality is superb.
    The best way to predict the future is to invent it.

    Cool I saw that integrated today. Looks nice.
    I think the quality is there for sure. They look great in person. Nice they are made in Canada not China too.

    I liked the sound of their system with Golden Ear speakers today.

    My A9’s are great with movies now but I am hoping to warm up the sound for all formats.

    I had an MCA20 paired with RTiA5's for a while. Lot of fun. Ymmv.

    I've had 3 different anthem pieces to date. Unfortunately, the house is void of any Anthem products at this juncture.
    Where’s the KABOOM?!?! There’s supposed to be an Earth shattering KABOOM!!!

    Good to know. I might see if he has demo units I can borrow. Would be nice to know directly with my setup.

    There is also the Halo A52+ out now At 3k. I'm not sure that would be enough power for the 9'S ???
