Is this Marantz PM6006 enough to power my RTia9 speakers in stereo mode? I will only using them for stereo.

Not likely unless you watch the volume in a small room. No parties or bass-heavy program either.
The ‘A9s love power. I suggest:
a. Rotel 900 series (990*, 980/981) or
b. Parasound 1200*/1500* or 1000A**.
Either* or one per channel*** 980/981 or 1000A
* best choice in that series/brand
** 120WPC & more peak current versus the 1000 - 110 WPC
*** I’ll get a few tomatoes for this one.

Will you get sound ? Sure....but you'll risk doing damage to the speakers, receiver, or both without powering them properly. Find yourself a used amp for around 4-500 bucks, preferably a Parasound HCA 1200-1500, B&K amps, Those are about the cheapest options and would match up well with those speakers.HT SYSTEM-

The ironic thing here is that you would be better off using them with less power in a 5.1 setup, because in that scenario most of the audio goes to the center and sub*. IN pure two channel, those 9s are getting everything, and blown tweeters in your future we see.
*I'm NOT saying that's good idea, just that you are assuming you are kay since you are just runngin them stereo, and the fact is that if anything you are worse off in this case. **

Y'all need to make some better recommendations! The PM6006 is an integrated amp. Suggesting straight power amps means he also needs a preamp.
