PSW50 Help!

A few years ago I purchased the PSW50 powered subwoofer to add to my home theater system. The sub has performed flawlessly until recently… I am very disappointed to find that my $400.00 subwoofer speaker has started distort. I have only played the sub under low setting conditions and I can’t come to the understanding of how can such a speaker by “polkaudio” go bad in three years? It’s my conclusion that I was sold a defective speaker. So I am hoping that the company(polkaudio) that I invested in about three years ago, might be able to help me. What I am requesting is that polkaudio help me get back to listening to music the way it should be heard. Not Distorted. Now, what I need is just a replacement 8” MW8004 Driver Speaker. I will be glad to send back the old one for an exchange or just pay for a new one. I would preferably like to exchange for a new one. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint; I’m trusting that this company will take my request into consideration and give me full-satisfaction.

    Ash-call customer service there should be no problem. Posting it won't get the job done IMO you have to call. Polk's customer service is second to none. 1-800-377-7655, you will even get a discount and free shipping for being a club member.
