Auralic Lightning App

I have two Auralic Aries minis now and overall very pleased....except the Lightning app which controls them seems buggy at times. I emailed their tech support and they responded quickly with a list of questions (below)....I will cut to the chase- how do I know if my iPhone / router is running on a 5G radio frequency?
