@nooshinjohn yes matching stack 4 pairs total. It sounded terrible. This is the MBR system pre-Elac B6 which where better but boomy, and ultimately replaced by ML Motion 40s and a Dynamo sub.

I did almost the same thing. I put a pair of CRS's on top of my SRS2's. Perfect fit too. I don't remember playing them together though. But it sure looked great!

What a HUGE Pass Labs Amp and I have always loved those Integra power meters. Who doesn't?

I still have an Integra M504 but one channel doesn't work now. Green lights for me.

NICE....Nelson Pass STASIS ..huh. Look at those 4 CANs :o inside that monster. Plenty of picks on the web! B)

I HAD a Nak. stasis receiver and like a dummy, sold it. But that was a long time ago. I loved how it sounded, too.
    I'll bet they sound GREAT.

I'm right there with you when you said unobtainable before but not anymore since years have passed and their prices have come down. I wonder how they compare to Pass's newer amps of the same size. :p

To me they compare very favorably against other amps. But the new stuff is just so much more advanced. Nelson Pass is amazing. My other favorite are the old M series Onkyo's from the eighties.

I liked my M504 and M502 A LOT until one day each failed to send power out. They turned on but NO second click. I still have them...LOL.

There's no prettier amp face than an M504!

I'm probably going to regret this at some point but my Onkyo 508 is going to another home tomorrow. They do have some of the most attractive meters I've ever seenkwlcd7h99tfx.jpg

They made a modern version of it, if you wanted you could replace it with this:

Yeh; the old ones were making me nervous and I'm not the nervous type. These stands will do for now till I decide exactly what I'm going to do for a permanent rack-stand. I haven't decided yet if I want to do an all in one deal or use separate stands. Stands are on the back burner for a while as now I have to do a kitchen remodel to keep the peace after bringing those 1201's home last week.

Hehe the heft of those amps was useful in holding down the building during the "bombcyclone" we got hit with here a few days ago. As far as "melting" I gave it my best shot at trying to get those amps warm with an 8 hour session of fairly high listening levels. They never even got lukewarm and I used to be able to light up the pg lites and get the fans to turn on my 1000 wpc 2500's. I doubt I'll ever know if the pg circuit on these amps works or not

Thanks but I highly doubt it's even close to a house price as everything (except for the tt) was bought used right down to the MIT cabling.
