I have contacted customer service twice by email with no response. Can any one tell me what the aux connector and the sync button are for on the back of the Sigma Solo soundbar?

Hello,
The aux connection is for connecting an analogue source using a 3.5mm stereo plug. I'm afraid I don't see a sync button referenced in the owner's manual. I'll ask a friend at Polk what it's for. -
I checked with Polk and there isn't a sync button on that model. Are you sure that's what you have?
