Yahoooo!!!!! SDA's are in the house

MY SDA-1C speakers arrived via Fedex from Acdds today. I could not stand it and went home for lunch to see if they were actually there. Standing tall in front of the garage were the boxes.

Thanks to Acdds for double boxing and taping because the outer boxes look like they took some good hits on thier way here, the boxes have little holes and tears in them, the extra tape around the boxes helped out also. I poked my fingers through the holes I could and the inner boxes felt allright.

Of course cannot wait to get home and get them opened up, checked and then singing. Going to be a fun weekend.:D ;) :cool:

    It's so much more heart warming to hear about an SDA convert than and SVS convert :D
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Thanks to Racer for saving the outer boxes so I could pass them on! Racer, I was planning on keeping these for a while but a good deal came along for a pair of 2.3TL's so I had to pass these on to Reeltrouble, Beautiful mint set of 1C's, I hope you enjoy Ted!!

    Thanks guys, as many know I have been wanting to bag some SDA's for a while. I am very happy with this set. Special thanks to Aaron for passing these on to me and Racer for taking such good care of them. Man you have got to missing these Racer. Here is a pic of them as they arrived:

    And of course the SDA 1C's, these are really great the way they expand the soundstage. But then you already new that.

    Finally a shot of the RT55i's which were handling 2 ch duty, they are great speakers in their own right and will go to either surround back duty or maybe to my office.
