I've got a line on a GFA555 II at a very good price. It sounds great but there are some faceplate scratches, etc. Does anyone know if Adcom will do repairs/refurbs on their older equipment?

My advice would be to call adcom and see what they recommend as far as refurb or anything else that you might want done.I needed some repairs done to my gfa-7000 multichannel amp and they gave me several options on repairs. They were really helpful.

Agree with racer... give them a call. Often manufacturers maintain a supply of face plates, covers, etc,. for folks like you.

If they have them though, be prepared to hold your breath on the price tag.

    Good luck...
