My first box died and bought a new one. I don't remember what I did to have access to all my files on all my drives. This new one I can't seem to access all my files only certain ones.

How are your files stored? NAS? If so, go to storage, add the IP address of the NAS. Then you can browse and add folders in the Media section. If you have the files on shared Windows drives on a computer, it might be more complicated. I haven't really done that, so I can't help.

They are on a hd on my pc. It finds some in the folder but not all or any.
