As above. A pretty much behind the scenes upgrade to the standard shorting bars found on electronics. Especially NAD. Never used and original packaging. PSC is their marketing of Perfect Surface Copper. All contacts treated w CAIG Pro-Gold.

Can these be used as just really short RCA interconnect cables?
