I recomend lead bird shot the smallest diameter. you can find this at any gun store that sells shotgun realoading supplys or mail order gun supply
system includes polk sda
crs ,velodyne uld 15 sub,adcom gfa 555 amp and gfp 555 preamp and yamaha souround amp for center and rear channels

    A buddy of mine filled his with powdered lead. Poured some in, tamped it down, repeat ad infinium. Tedious, but solid. Heavy as hell.
