How to fix speaker covers

One of my goodwill LSi25's cover's fabric is coming off the frame, and I was wondering if any of you guys knew how to fix that. I would prefer not to buy new fabric for it. The corners are all still attached, including the corners in the middle of the cover, and the lower half is still mostly attached. Is this something I can just go at with some super glue, or do I need to get real glue and buy new fabric, etc.?
