True Surround Soundbar from Costco

I just purchased the Polk True Surround Soundbar from Costco but can't seem to find any spec or troubleshooting info on the website.

Looks like the model number is AM9529-A.
It was very easy to set up but one of the issue is every now and then while watching Cable TV, the sound drops and then comes back.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this? I had unhooked my Google Chrome Ultra as well as wireless home phone and it seems to help but still have random drops. Is this due to wireless interference or some settings on my TV (Samsung KU7000)?

    I'm having this problem too but just with a TV and cable box. Spectrum in SE NC..
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
