Speakers/Subs in a 99 SVT CONTOUR

Hello all you car audio fanatics.. i've got a question for you.
I recently bought a 1999 Ford Contour SVT.
I've already bought 2 - MOMO 2124 Subs, and three carbon series amps for this ride. And the alpine 9813 headunit to control it all. along with a few other accessories to make this system crank.
The reason i am posting is because i am unsure about something. I want to buy either Polk MOMO speakers for the interior, or INFINITY KAPPA for the interior. the problem is, i don't know if the bigger magnets on these speakers will cause contact with the door panel (thus causing unwanted vibration).
If you know, or know of someone who might,the answer to this question.. please respond asap...
