Sweet. If I could have found a pair for $550 shipped, I would have done that and not spent $1500 for 5 speakers. Just needed two, but the lure of 705's in the rear got me. Congrats on the great buy.

Interested in a set of 703s as well, don’t really want to buy the 5 speaker set to get the best price, although it’s a smoking deal.

Considering I purchased my 707's back in April with the Friends & Family 50% off sale, I believe I did pretty good. The Adorama sale wouldn't work for me buying a whole set.. I did get my center channel (50% off) from them since Polk ran out of stock..

    LSiM 707"s
    LSiM 706
    LSiM 703's
LSiM 702f/x (2 sets) for just under $4200.00 list would have been about $9700.00

That sounds like a marketing opportunity. But I can't remember what all went into them. right now they are doing side channel service in my 7.1 HT. What a waste... I should prolly find someone who can really appreciate them.

So I received my 703's yesterday, They are absolutely beautiful, just like the rest of the line, the build quality is fantastic, the sound quality is fantastic. I have stated in the past that I was fine with the RTiA line for my HT, I honestly never thought I would replace them, SOOOOO glad I jumped on the friends and family deal..

If I had to have only one system to do both duties for music and movies I would be perfectly happy with the LSiM series...

Once you have these in your own hands in your own home, you really come to appreciate the beauty and quality of these. I have a feeling these speakers will be with me many years.. The RT line lasted me about 9 years, and the RTiA line lasted me about the same..

I did poke my head in the 703's just to look at the crossovers, and I can see why Trey said he would never do another set, very tight quarters in there...

Yes another babble over the LSiM speakers, I am sure there will be more!!!! LOL!!!
  • Congrats! I’m yet to hear a LSIM ht, but I’m sure it’s awesome. I do love my 705s in the 2ch. I think I’ll be sticking with the RTI line in the HT for a while longer though.
