Best Ceiling Mount for Polk OWM5

We are using Polk OWM5's mounted in our church ceiling. The mounts cannot support the weight and the speakers keep turning to face the floor. I'm looking for recommendation for mounts that will support the weight and allow the speaker to turn and face about 90 degrees back (mounted vertically) and not drop and face the floor.
