Signa S1 subwoofer isn’t working as expected

Right out of the box the subwoofer cuts in and out every 5 seconds. Very annoying. Seems to work better when cold but after 5 or 10 minutes it’s acting up. I think it’s a hardware or software issue and not a Bluetooth issue. Any ideas?

Have you tried hooking it up with a cable?
