Just got one, like it. Wished I have done this before.

But just 1 question. Anything I can add or do to the water to keep clean?

Some crappy instructions say change water, but that option is say much too hard. ;)

I have some outdoor fountains and I put in it, I think its called copper sulfate. It blue and if youput in a little it prevents all types of alge growth. Hope it helps but remember to only put in a little at a time cause it make the watter blue and it builds up on the fountain.
Wish I was a polkologist then I could call my self Dr.warviper.

If used lightly would that make my water blue all the time?

No, in small enough amounts there should be very little change in the color of the water.

Make sure about the color though. May not be sutable for white marble because the little pores in the stone may hold in the color. Not sure how valuable it is to you do not want to ruin it.

It's black resin, not very costly. Not that I wish to ruin it quickly.

Copper chloride most likely. It's the basic ingredient of most pool algecides.

The liquid is available at all pool store, Home Depot, etc. You'd need very little in an indoor urinal... I mean, fountain. Maybe add a teaspoon to a pint of water and then add it to the fountain.
    More later,
    Tour...
