Parasound HCA-1000 and B&K ST2140

I bought these from Rooftop in April, and never even unboxed them. Going in another direction, so I will pass on his excellent deal of $400 for both of these, shipped CONUS, or separately as quoted below, with actual shipping cost. The words below are his, from his original ad on this site.
1. Parasound HCA-1000 (black) - $215 plus shipping and paypal: I don't think this one needs an introduction. 125 wpc into 8 ohms, essentially a dual mono design, THX certified. This will drive all but the most demanding speakers. My favorite part is how fast and tight the bass is. I would rate this 7/10 on the audiogon scale. A couple of really small nicks in the edge of the face, but none on the face itself. Works perfectly, sounds awesome.
2. B&K ST2140 (black) - $175 plus shipping and paypal: 140 WPC into 8 ohms, again, will drive most speakers just fine. Another great amp, warmer sounding than the parasound, sweeter midrange, full bass but not quite as tight and fast as the parasound. 6/10, face is clean, but it's missing the factory feet and has a few scratches on the casing.
