DSW Pro 660wi Is making a heart beat sound

My DSW PRO 660wi is making a heart beat sound and no other sound comes from it. Receiver isn't even on and it still makes the heart beat sound. Does anybody know what might be wrong with it? Can I get a Amp for it if the amp is the problem? Its only around 4 years old and was EXPENSIVE to buy

Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood the bass amplifier is the cause, contact Polk CS at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1. They'll be able to help.
